In the unfortunate event that you do experience quality issues with your new Kent Salon purchase, we promise to replace the product that is faulty. There are care and usage instructions and terms and conditions applicable to this warranty that we ask you to comply with.
WHAT IS COVERED?
This warranty applies exclusively to product that has been purchased from the Kent Salon Website, authorised Kent Salon retailers or web-based vendors. The product must have been used and cared for in accordance with our manufacturer’s care instructions.
Please note this warranty does not apply to any faults in our products arising from fair wear and tear, damage by you, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our care instructions or any alteration or repair carried without our approval.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To make a claim you will need to have your proof of purchase.
Please check where you purchased your product from and the terms and conditions under which you made that purchase. In the first year of purchase, it is standard practice for your retailer to deal with your claim. If you purchased directly from Kent Salon then this is of course ourselves. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by this warranty.
Contact the retailer you purchased from (within the first year from date of purchase) to register your claim. If you are contacting a retailer other than ourselves, please follow their instructions.
If you purchased directly from Kent Salon you should email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you include your proof of purchase and images of your Kent Salon product.
In the event of a claim for product purchased from Kent Salon, we will send you a confirmation email. Our customer services team will log your claim and confirm next steps.
