UK Returns and replacements are free and simple. We all make mistakes, we may have sent you the wrong product, or you may have chosen the wrong brush. The most important thing is to let us know immediately. Please either call our customer care team on 01442 232623 or email us email@example.com. Please ensure you include your proof of purchase.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, your purchase(s) must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed.
